Billing

Introduction

Mailsnag offers both free and paid subscription plans. You can view the current plans on the pricing pageopen in new window or within the billing sectionopen in new window of the application.

Billing occurs on a monthly basis, and subscriptions are automatically renewed. It's important to note that billing processes are managed securely by Stripeopen in new window, and Mailsnag does not store any credit card information.

Switching Plans

You have the flexibility to change your subscription at any time. Simply click the Switch Plan button in the billing sectionopen in new window. Any modifications to your subscription will be pro-rated, and depending on the changes, you may receive a credit or be charged for the difference.

If you intend to cancel your subscription, it's recommended to downgrade to the free plan and contact support for a refund. This ensures that any pro-rated amounts are refunded instead of being retained as a credit on your account.

Updating Payment Information

Manage your payment information easily by navigating to the billing sectionopen in new window. You can click the Stripe Billing Portal link or use the Switch Plan button. This will redirect you to Stripe's subscription management portal, where you can add or remove your payment information.

Refunds

We value customer satisfaction and provide refunds upon request. If you decide to request a refund, please email us within 30 days of subscribing. We will promptly refund your payment, even if you actively used the service. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
